I am Dr. Tadeusz Oleszczuk, an obstetrician-gynecologist, educator, and author. For over 35 years, I have been supporting women in restoring their health. I don’t just treat symptoms—I seek the root cause and help restore balance.
I don’t treat symptoms alone—I look for the underlying cause. Working with a patient involves analyzing lifestyle, hormones, gut microbiota, stress, and diet. Often, changing habits is enough for the body to start regenerating. I believe education is the key to restoring health.
My approach to medicine has grown from practice, observation, and the constant question: „Why do we get sick?” Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I have always aimed to understand their root cause—often hidden deeper in lifestyle, deficiencies, unrecognized stress, or chronic inflammation.
Over the years, I have noticed that women most often come to the clinic when something is already out of balance – hormones are fluctuating, periods become painful, mood declines, and fatigue doesn’t go away despite sleep. In most cases, this is not due to “genes” or “age,” but rather the long-term neglect of the body’s subtle signals. That’s why I teach how to listen to your own body and support it daily, before illness appears.
As a doctor and educator, I believe that health begins with knowledge. Knowledge that doesn’t complicate, but organizes, showing the connections between what we eat, how we sleep, how we breathe, and how we feel both within ourselves and in our relationships with others.
For years, I have been promoting knowledge about the impact of lifestyle, diet, gut microbiota, and emotions on our health. I believe in causal, holistic, and modern medicine – but always grounded in the patient’s everyday life.
Working in the Oncology Clinic has taught me to view health as a whole – with all organs working in cooperation. Prevention and treatment of breast diseases are also part of my medical practice. I have observed that changes in this area often coexist with hormonal, metabolic, genetic, or environmental factors. Many conditions, such as cysts, can not only be monitored but also treated – and even prevented. And it is possible – and necessary – to investigate the causes of their development.
I share practical knowledge in every way I can. I publish in medical journals and popular women’s magazines, and I participate in conferences. My students and patients asked me to write books. I want as many women as possible to understand the mechanisms of pathologies that they can influence themselves.
I am the author of numerous respected books on gynecology and women’s health, which help readers understand their bodies and take conscious care of their health.
I regularly appear as a guest on popular podcasts and at industry conferences, sharing knowledge based on years of clinical experience and scientific research. I participate in events and scientific trainings to continuously expand my expertise and work according to the latest medical findings.
I actively manage profiles on Instagram and Facebook, where I strive every day to inspire thousands of followers toward conscious living and health prevention.
