Instructions for ordering a diagnostic bundle

Click on the chosen diagnostic bundle – you will be redirected to the Badania.pl website.
Click the “Issue and Purchase Order” button.
Enter your details and phone number, then click “Issue Order.”
You will receive an SMS with a link and an automatic 10% discount.
Open the link from the SMS and click “Purchase with Discount.”
Choose any Diagnostyka Collection Point.
In Step 3 – SUMMARY, in the field “Do you have a discount code?”, enter the code: drtadeusz – you’ll receive an additional 10% discount.
Pay for the order online.
Go to the selected collection point. At the reception, show:
- The SMS confirmation, or
- provide the information: contractor BADANIA.PL and the 8-digit authorization code.

Important:

The discount does not apply to the following tests: ANA-1 and Onkopakiet – 6 minerals.
The entire process is conducted online – no printing or bringing codes is required.
